Overview

These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Flow Copilot during its soft-launch beta. Flow Copilot is provided by Second Brain AI, based in Romania, European Union.

By creating an account or using Flow Copilot, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Beta Service

Flow Copilot is currently a free beta product. Features may change, break, be removed, or become unavailable while we improve the app. We may limit or pause access when needed to protect the service or investigate issues.

The app helps turn voice notes, typed thoughts, and calendar context into actions, reminders, and schedules. It is not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure.
• Use accurate account information and do not impersonate someone else.
• Do not share access in a way that creates security or abuse risk.
• You may stop using the service at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Flow Copilot for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or deceptive activity.
• Try to reverse engineer, attack, overload, or bypass the service.
• Upload content that violates someone else's rights or privacy.
• Use generated actions as a substitute for your own judgment.

Data and AI Processing

To provide the app, we process account information, usage events, app content you submit, and data you grant access to, such as audio input or calendar events. We may use third-party providers for authentication, hosting, database storage, analytics, error tracking, transcription, and AI action parsing.

Our data practices are described in the Privacy Policy.

Free App, No Billing Terms Yet

Flow Copilot is currently free during soft launch. There are no subscription, refund, cancellation, or paid-plan terms in this version. If paid features are introduced later, we will publish updated terms before those features apply.

Availability and Warranty

Flow Copilot is provided as-is during beta. We do not promise uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. We are not responsible for losses caused by relying on reminders, schedules, AI outputs, or beta features.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. We will post the updated terms on this page and revise the "Last Updated" date. Significant changes may also be communicated by email or in-app notice.
